Great Sound, Low Fuss, Sharp Looks, and Everything Else You Need (Even a Dust Cover)
The two-speed, dual-plinth ‘table’s sound-reproducing components – platter, main bearing, tonearm, and cartridge – are isolated on the top platform and away from the adjustable tip-top feet on the bottom platter. Meanwhile, a DC motor with 33RPM and 45RPM speed controls resides on its own platform, completely decoupled from the turntable, yielding outstanding vibration control. Additional damping and suspension is provided by sorbothane hemispheres, which separate the two platforms. A high-precision stainless-steel main bearing sheathed in Teflon for low-noise operation, non-resonant acrylic platter with a record clamp and felt mat, dust cover, and 45RPM adapter round out this high-value, high-performance ‘table.
