Our return policies vary depending on the manufacturer of the item you’d like to return. Some Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. To request a return, please send an email to matt@brightaudio.com. Please include the following information:

  • Product Serial Number
  • Product Defect
  • Picture of damage or defect if possible
